CAPs can help your business with government assisted programs to maximize your workforce, customized training to suit your needs, subsidized internships and on-the-job training, and much more.
The Employer Services Team can assist you in strengthening your workforce while maximizing your budget.
CAPs provides training that will qualify you for the job in addition to its partnership with Kennedy-King College, Olive-Harvey College and other training partners. Most training is 2-12 weeks. We do not train without a commitment to hire from Employers.
We are an official partner with IDHS and Heartland Alliance for the "Put Illinois to Work" job placement program.
CAPs will conduct weekly intake and placement, at each office every Monday, at 8:30 AM
